We are a nonprofit, an alternative to banks, that lends to small businesses, nonprofits, and real estate projects that have a positive community impact in underserved areas. The loan capital and programs we provide help grow small businesses, strengthen nonprofits, and develop real estate in neighborhoods in need of revitalization—making a difference in the lives of our clients and their communities.
