For the Community Land Trust homes in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh, PA, Monmade teamed up with the Lawrenceville Corporation and Rothschild Doyno Collaborative. The goal was to create affordable homes in the neighborhood, but also make them truly distinctive with beautiful, locally-made products.
