Marty Randal has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial arena. His journey started in the Trust department of Mellon Bank before progressing to Commercial Banking. He moved to Philadelphia at first and continued his career after three years in Philadelphia back to Pittsburgh. For a brief time, Marty left Mellon to help start a division that focused on lending to western Pennsylvania non-profit organizations. Marty returned to Mellon, focusing on the business development of various industries across the United States. In 2013, Marty started his own insurance business. He earned numerous awards, including finishing as the Top Agent in the Northeast region in 2016. Marty was most appreciative of being one of twelve National nominees for Allstate’s Ray Lynch Community Service Award. Marty is most proud of his volunteer activity in the community. He is Vice-Chair and Development Chair on the Board of Directors for Cancer Bridges (formerly Our Clubhouse and Cancer Caring Center). He also serves on the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Cancer and Blood Disorders auxiliary board, which has led to many speaking engagements. Marty is a golf coach for the Special Olympics, which he loves. Marty received his B.S.B.A in Economics from John Carroll University and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
