As Director of Credit, Carla’s responsibilities include management of the underwriting process, review of new loan proposals, credit policy and portfolio review, and management of CRE processes. Carla joined Bridgeway with more than 25 years of banking experience, mostly in community bank environment, where she gained extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, commercial loan documentation, and small business credit and lending practices.
