Mr. Barilla has over 10 years experience in commercial banking and is currently a Portfolio Manger on the Middle Market team at Citizens Bank. He has a BS in Material Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from University of Pittsburgh.
Commercial Lender – Vice President, WesBanco
Mr. Bevan has over thirty-five years of commercial lending experience in the Western Pennsylvania market. During career, he worked for several banks. Currently, Mr. Bevan is a Commercial Lender with WesBanco serving Commercial/Industrial and Commercial Real Estate borrowing needs of clientele in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. He was a member of Bridgeway’s original Loan Committee in the early-90s, and has been involved with Loan Committee activities ever since. Mr. Bevan attended the University of Pittsburgh.
Vice President Occupancy Planning & Transaction Management, Highmark
Mr. Broff is the Vice President of Occupancy Planning and Transaction Management at Highmark, and is responsible for its real estate portfolio strategy, and leasing, acquisition, disposition and occupancy planning of real estate for Highmark’s operating needs. He has a broad range of experience in project management, process definition and occupancy planning, and has worked in company reorganization, strategic planning, merger integration and more. Prior to his position at Highmark, Mr. Broff worked in project management for an industrial forensics consulting firm. He also spent over 25 years in the banking industry and identified millions of dollars in annual occupancy expense savings. Mr. Broff holds an M.S. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mark Peterson founded and leads Bridgeway Capital, which manages $55 million and promotes economic opportunity and community revitalization across western Pennsylvania. Since 1990, the organization’s team has helped place nearly 800 loans for $88 million across the region, which has leveraged nearly $300 million in additional financing. More than 5,000 jobs have been created and retained, leading toward the mission of a thriving region for all. Mr. Peterson has more than 30 years of experience in managing nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh. Prior to founding Bridgeway Capital, he served as a management and fundraising consultant to nonprofit organizations. Mark received his BA in Sociology from Wittenberg University and completed course work with the American Banking Institute.
Kevin E. Rogers
Community Development Lending & Investing Manager, PNC
Mr. Rogers has been with PNC Bank for 27 years and was recently named Community Development Financing Manager. In this role, he is responsible for underwriting lending and investing opportunities, managing portfolio risk, and product creation for PNC Community Development Banking. He works closely with all retail markets to help achieve production goals in support of an outstanding CRA Rating. Prior to becoming the Lending and Investing Manager, Mr. Rogers served as a very successful Relationship Manager within the line of business, responsible for ensuring that the Community Development Customer segment was served through lending and investment opportunities as well as service activities including Board involvement and financial education. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987 and began his career in the Wealth Management Department as manager of the tax and operations departments. He oversaw the production of Fiduciary, Income and Estate Tax returns for Wealth clients along with the management of the department operations. Mr. Rogers has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Scranton and is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust of Pennsylvania Bankers Association and National Graduate Trust School of the American Bankers Association.
William “Skip” Schwab

Mr. Schwab has over 20 years of experience in areas of research, planning, and program development in the fields of economic development, housing, and neighborhood reinvestment. He has a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
Robert A. Vernick
Senior Vice President, Chief Lending and Business Development Officer, Farmers National Bank of Emlenton
Mr. Vernick possesses a wide range of community banking and corporate financial services knowledge. With nearly 26 years of banking experience, Mr. Vernick has strong leadership, commercial lending and business development skills. Mr. Vernick serves on the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) Professional Development Committee and was the former Director of their Commercial Lending School. He is also involved with the Community Development Corporation of Butler and Lawrence Counties, is a member of the CEO Leadership Committee for St. Barnabas Health System and was recently appointed to serve as Secretary for the Board of Trustees at Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas, Inc. Mr. Vernick resides in Butler Count with his wife Sharon and two sons, Bob and Tim.
