Bridgeway Capital celebrates 26th Years
On Wednesday, Bridgeway Capital celebrated its 26th anniversary at the August Wilson Center for African American Culture, Downtown. It was a model setting to share Bridgeway clients’ stories of opportunity and renewal. At the party, Bridgeway honored two clients: Larry Swanson and Linda Metropulos of Action Housing and Emeka Onwugbenu of E Properties and Development with Impact Awards for their inclusive community development efforts. Guests enjoyed a Fall into comfort-themed spread of seasonal flavors catered by Big Burrito, and drinks curated by the Cultural Trust. “The energy in the room was inspirational. It’s incredible to see how many people Bridgeway Capital touches by investing in entrepreneurs, small businesses and nonprofit organizations to energize local economies,” said Katherine Chamberlain, associate director of communications. The annual event was more than a celebration, however, as nearly 400 of Bridgeway’s clients, partners, and investors networked and initiated exciting new collaborations.
