Aaron has 7 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently at First Niagara Bank as a branch manager. In this role he was responsible for complete oversight of the office, generating revenue, deposit and loan balance growth, and employee development. Aaron enjoys community service and has facilitated financial literacy courses at area high schools. He is on the Board of Directors of the Northside Christian Health Center as the Treasurer, and has won various awards throughout his banking career. Aaron received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from Point Park University.

Andrea brings 22 years of banking experience to Bridgeway Capital. Most recently, she was an Assistant Vice President at Citizens Bank. She has extensive experience in reporting and customer relationship management systems, systems implementation and operation, compliance and risk management, and customer service. Andrea holds a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and an AA in liberal arts.

Jane brings 28 years of banking experience to Bridgeway Capital. Most recently, she was a Business Development Leader and Vice President of Huntington Bank where she trained and led a team of business banking specialists to meet production, growth and revenue goals. In addition, she has experience in managing a small business sales force, credit underwriting, and loan administration.  Jane is also involved in many volunteer activities, and holds Board positions at Lutheran SeniorLife Foundation, North Hills Community Outreach, Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg Foundation, and other organizations. Jane holds a M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont and a B.A. in Business Administration from Thiel College.

Allie graduated in May 2012 from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations. She works alongside the marketing manager to assist in the planning of events like Bridgeway Capital's annual celebration, and also works on various public relations and communication efforts. Prior to working at Bridgeway Capital, Allie held positions at Hello Productions and also Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens working on event logistics and execution. She also interned at the Pittsburgh Social Exchange where she helped to coordinate networking events in Pittsburgh and other cities throughout the east coast including Atlanta, Cleveland and Erie.

Christian has been a part of the banking industry in western Pennsylvania for over 10 years, and has specialized in helping small businesses grow and expand throughout the area. His most recent position was with Huntington Bank as a Vice President in the Business Banking department in which he managed a portfolio of $17 million. Christian received his B.S. from Penn State University.

Mary Kay brings 17 years of experience to Bridgeway Capital as an accounting manager with Highmark Inc. and its subsidiary companies. While there she worked with both non-profit and for-profit entities in a variety of industries. Prior to her experience at Highmark, Mary Kay worked as an accounting manager for a major Pittsburgh retailer. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Point Park University and also holds a B.S. in Music Education from Duquesne University.

Liz joined Bridgeway Capital in 2006 and brings a wide range of communications experience to her position at Bridgeway Capital. Prior to this job, Liz worked at Bayer in Corporate Communications on various external and internal communications projects, including electronic media, special event planning, media relations, and print and broadcast advertising. In her current position, she is responsible for managing the marketing function for Bridgeway Capital. She also manages the public relations and communication efforts, plans special events, develops print materials, and works with clients on promotion needs. Liz received her B.A. in Mass Communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Jason has more than 8 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently at Bank of America in customer relationship management for mortgage loss mitigation. He has also worked in personal banking, customer service, and in the development of bank literacy programs for various organizations. In addition, Jason worked with families and children as a case manager for Small Seeds, an organization that serves as a liaison between Children, Youth and Families services and families. He also volunteered for Operation Hope, an organization that pairs professionals and youths to be mentored in financial education. Jason received his B.S. in Organizational Leadership and his Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University.

T.J. has been in the business banking industry for 6 years, and has specialized in helping businesses get the capital they need to expand throughout the area. His most recent position was with Huntington Bank as a Business Banking Specialist where he managed and helped grow the portfolio of the Northwest Pennsylvania region that he covered. T.J. received his B.S. in Business Administration from DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio.

Vicki Hays Kunz has 34 years of experience in the banking industry, most of which has been in credit and lending-related functions. In her role at Bridgeway Capital, Vicki is responsible for the credit underwriting of all loans and portfolio management. Prior to joining Bridgeway Capital, Vicki served as the senior lending officer in three banks with assets of less than $1 billion. As a senior lending officer, Vicki had supervisory responsibility for commercial and retail loan production, underwriting and portfolio administration, along with strategic planning and budgetary responsibility for the lending division. She is a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA) and has served on the RMA National Council of Chapters and Membership. Vicki has a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting, from Robert Morris University.

Chris brings 20 years of commercial real estate and commercial lending and credit experience to his role at Bridgeway Capital. He has managed several commercial loan portfolios in the local market ranging from $50MM to $70MM in portfolio size. Over the years Chris has worked on numerous investment real estate transactions including residential land development, apartment, office, warehouse, and self- storage space. In his prior positions he has been responsible for management and growth of existing commercial portfolios coupled with credit and underwriting analysis of loan transactions. Chris received his B.A. in History from the University of Pittsburgh and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Duquesne University.

Lisa Macioce has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in a variety of settings including education, social services, hospitals and cultural institutions. She brings a high degree of knowledge and expertise to her role in the areas of financial reporting, capital and operational budgeting, program profitability analysis, operational process redesign, systems implementation and information technology. Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt brings a diverse background of business and nonprofit skills and experience. Prior to joining Bridgeway Capital, Matt was a regulatory policy analyst for a Washington D.C.-based nonprofit advocacy organization where he analyzed environmental, health, and safety regulations for their impact on public health and welfare. He also served as an organization spokesperson with the media and developed relationships with federal officials to improve government accountability and transparency. Matt received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Landscape Contracting from Pennsylvania State University and graduated with honors from Duquesne University with an MBA in Sustainability.

Mark Peterson founded and leads Bridgeway Capital, which manages $54 million focused on economic growth across western Pennsylvania. Since 1990, the organization’s team has helped place nearly 600 loans for $63 million across the region, which has leveraged $236 million in additional financing. Over 5,000 jobs have been created and retained, leading toward the mission of a thriving region for all. Mr. Peterson has more than 30 years of experience in managing nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh. Prior to founding Bridgeway Capital, he served as a management and fundraising consultant to nonprofit organizations. Mark received his B.A. in Sociology from Wittenberg University and completed course work with the American Banking Institute.

His most recent position was with Huntington Bank as a Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President. Dwayne received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Jennie brings 7 years of industry experience to her position at Bridgeway Capital where she assists the lending team with applications, client communications, and closing documents. Prior to this position, Jennie worked as the Office Manager for Bridgeway Capital.  She has also worked as a guest relations officer and production assistant for a major advertising and public relations firm located in Downtown Pittsburgh. Jennie holds a B.A. in Journalism and Broadcasting from Pennsylvania State University.

Caitlin has a diverse background and brings several years of project management, office/data management, and administrative support experience to Bridgeway Capital. In her current role as administrative assistant, she is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and project support to the staff. She most recently worked for an insurance defense litigation firm, maintaining a positive office environment and providing administrative assistance to the attorneys, staff, guests and clients. In addition to her administrative position, Caitlin is active in the Pittsburgh theatre community, working primarily as a freelance stage manager. She works with directors, designers, and performers to create and maintain each production while managing all required details and production elements for theatres in and around Pittsburgh, including South Park Theatre, Stage 62, Opera Theater Pittsburgh, and The Theatre Factory. Caitlin graduated with honors from Bowling Green State University and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Theatre.
