| Renee has been a professional graphic designer for 15 years and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Western Michigan University. Her clients have included a variety of businesses, from large financial corporations to start-up restaurants. Renee has experience with a broad range of projects including logos, branding packages, brochures, web site design, trade show booth materials, handouts and giveaways, electronic and print ads, forms, handbooks, and presentations. Renee provides marketing and graphic design to Bridgeway Capital microloan borrowers. |

| Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and held the position of Senior Manager in Accounting Assurance and Advisory Services at a large public accounting firm in Pittsburgh before joining Bridgeway Capital. Bill has over 25 years of accounting experience with expertise in managing and developing financial reports and controls using staffing and technology efficiencies as well as analyzing, developing and implementing stringent cost-reduction measures. His industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, technology, construction and not-for-profit organizations. Bill works with Bridgeway Capital microloan borrowers to develop, implement and improve financial management systems in their businesses. |
