Susan A. Apel
Vice President Legal & General Counsel, Ellwood Group, Inc.

Ms. Apel is the chief legal officer of EGI, which produces engineered, heavy metal sections for capital specialty equipment manufacturers in the United States and around the world. Headquartered in Ellwood City, Pa., the company has nine operating business units, encompassing multiple plants in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Texas and Canada. Prior to joining EGI in 2005, Ms. Apel was a partner at K&L Gates LLP in Pittsburgh, where she spent 14 years focused on corporate transactions and commercial law. Ms. Apel also worked for Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Washington, DC, and clerked for a federal judge in Seattle, Washington. She holds a B.A. from Kenyon College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Sarah Campbell, Treasurer
Retired from Western Region (23 counties) Department of Welfare Contract Specialist/Program Developer/Eligibility Resource Staff

Ms. Campbell retired in 1982 as a contract specialist and program developer for the Western Region Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. As an employee she was the Eligibility Resource Staff for 23 counties. She has a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Although retired, Ms. Campbell is a member of the Board, Emeritus, of the Community Technical Assistance Center and is currently involved in many community development organizations.

Harry Clark
Retired Administrator, Pittsburgh Public Schools

Dr. Clark served in the Pittsburgh Public Schools for 30 years, during which time he founded the high school for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA). He has been a consultant for schools across the country and has helped initiate new school programs in Virginia, Kansas, Michigan, Alabama and Colorado. Dr. Clark received his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lynne Colaizzi
Vice President Property & Casualty, HDH Group

Ms. Colaizzi represents several different lines of commercial insurances for companies of various sizes in western, northwestern and central Pennsylvania. She has been with the HDH Group for 14 years. HDH is a recognized national leader in the risk management and employee benefit insurance intermediary markets headquartered in Pittsburgh. HDH combines specialized industry and insurance expertise with an extensive national and international reach to help their clients successfully manage their total cost of risk.

Keith Crytzer, Chairperson
Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer - Business Banking Division, PNC Bank

Mr. Crytzer has been with PNC for 33 years. In his current position, he is responsible for all aspects of Centralized Commercial Lending credit risk, including credit administration, portfolio management, underwriting and approval, loss provision and reserve adequacy. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Grove City College.

Ann Dugan, Secretary
Assistant Dean and Executive Director, Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business

Ms. Dugan is the Assistant Dean of the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh where she is responsible for the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, a public service unit providing educational and consulting services to the entrepreneurial and family business focused on continued development and success in the region. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Terry Haines
Senior Analyst, Financial Services and Counselor to the CEO, Potomac Research Group

Mr. Haines, a Pittsburgh native, is a senior financial services industry analyst with Potomac Research Group, the premier provider of Washington policy research and analysis for the investment community. He brings to the Bridgeway Capital board extensive experience in financial services law, policy, and regulation from his work in Congress and the Executive Branch, including service as Chief Counsel and Staff Director of the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Financial Services. He also represented many of the United States’ top financial services companies as a partner in two top 100 national law firms.

Andrew Hays
Principal, Main Street Capital Holdings

Mr. Hays has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, private placements, corporate development, strategic planning and commercial banking. Over the past 17 years he has started two investment banking units within major financial institutions and has co-founded two independently owned middle market investment banking firms. Most recently Mr. Hays co-founded Strategic Advisors, Inc., a middle market investment banking firm which provides M&A and Corporate Finance advisory services to businesses with enterprise values ranging from $10 to $350 million. Mr. Hays is Certified in Mergers & Acquisitions by the AMAA and holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business.

Stanley Maharam, Vice Chairperson
Senior Vice President, Citizens Bank

Mr. Maharam is a Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Commercial Banking Group in Pittsburgh. He manages a team that is responsible for providing a full range of banking services to commercial customers, health care and other not for profits. Mr. Maharam joined Citizens in 2001 from Mellon where he had over 20 years of experience. At Mellon, Mr. Maharam had a wide vareity of responsibilities not only in lending, but in sales management, marketing and credit policy. He also spent four years in Mellon's Leveraged Finance Group.

Mr. Maharam is a native of Pittsburgh and a city resident, and serves on a number of local not for profit boards. He has a BA with Honors from Oberlin College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is married with two grown daughters.

Robert M. Moorehead
Regional President & Cross-Functional Sales Leader, First National Bank

Mr. Moorehead is the Regional President and Cross-Functional Sales Leader of First National Bank.  Prior to this position, he was Chief Credit Officer of the Pennsylvania region at First Niagara Bank.  He has also served as the Group Manager of Middle Market Banking for the western Pennsylvania region of National City Bank. Mr. Moorehead has over 33 years of banking industry experience with the majority of his tenure in banking having been focused on commercial banking in the Pittsburgh market.

In addition to his bachelor's degree in accounting from Duquesne University, Mr. Moorehead received an MBA from Robert Morris College. He is an active board member of the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Pennsylvania, The Pittsburgh Technology Council and is the immediate past-president of Churchill Valley Country Club.
Mr. Moorehead and his wife reside in Churchill, PA.

Rona L. Nesbit
Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust

Ms. Nesbit is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust which is a nonprofit organization created to stimulate the economic and cultural development of Pittsburgh through the development and promotion of a downtown arts and entertainment district. The Trust encourages and presents diverse performing and visual arts programs in the Cultural District. It operates four theater facilities and a gallery in the Downtown Cultural District. These spaces support 1,600 performances attended by 1.3 million patrons. The Trust presents a diverse selection of cultural and multi-cultural events. It sees the arts as a catalyst for economic growth and provides arts education and outreach to school children and other underserved groups.

Mark Peterson
President, Bridgeway Capital

Mark Peterson founded and leads Bridgeway Capital, which manages $54 million focused on economic growth across western Pennsylvania. Since 1990, the organization’s 15-person team has helped place nearly 600 loans for $63 million across the region, which has leveraged $236 million in additional financing. Nearly 5,000 jobs have been created and retained, leading toward the mission of a thriving region for all. Mr. Peterson has more than 30 years of experience in managing nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh. Prior to founding Bridgeway Capital, he served as a management and fundraising consultant to nonprofit organizations. Mark received his BA in Sociology from Wittenberg University and completed course work with the American Banking Institute.

John Trabucco
Retired President, Arch Street Management, LLC

Mr. Trabucco served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Beckwith Machinery Company. He is a graduate of Duquesne University and its School of Law, a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Richard Witherspoon
CEO & Treasurer, Hill District Federal Credit Union

Mr. Witherspoon is CEO and Treasurer of the Hill District Federal Credit Union where he oversees the daily operation of the credit union and provides financial assistance and counseling to its members. Mr. WItherspoon has been instrumental in the development of two community credit union in the Pittsburgh area which have been underserved by traditional financial service providers. Mr. Witherspoon is a board member of the Hill District Federal Credit Union, Hill House Economic Development Corporation, Youth Enrichment Services, Inc., Neighborworks Western Pennsylvania, and Womanspace East, Inc. He also chairs the boards of Financial Education Consortium of Western PA sponsored by the Federal Reserve System, and Dollars and Sense Ministry of Rodman Street Missionary Baptist Church which emphasizes financial literacy.
