Pittsburgh Business Times: The company Kevin Stecko started at his parents' dining room table has grown into a business that garnered him recognition as Pennsylvania's Small Business Person of the Year.

Stecko, founder of online T-shirt retailer 80sTees, received the designation from the Small Business Administration and the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center. He'll travel to Washington D.C. this weekend to compete for the national Small Business Person of the Year award.

The 10-year-old retro T-shirt company employs 30 and is based out of a 40,000-square-foot warehouse in Westmoreland County. As its name suggests, 80sTees sells T-shirts with themes from1980s movies, TV shows, cartoons, video games, comic books and musicians.
80sTees is one of Bridgeway Capital's borrowers.
