Bridgeway Capital Certified Development Company (formerly CL 504, Inc.) achieved the number one ranking in 504 lending across western Pennsylvania.

As the most active certified development company (CDC), Bridgeway Capital CDC approved 10 loans for $3,532,000. Since 2004, Bridgeway Capital has placed $14.6 million in the region through 504 loans, directly enabling the creation and retention of 366 jobs.

The 504 loan is the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) economic development program focused on job creation and development—it is used by businesses for real estate or equipment acquisition and renovations, and brings private capital into the region through the sale of SBA-guaranteed debentures.

Consistently a top performer in regional 504 lending, Bridgeway Capital CDC has ranked number one for placing the most 504 loans through the SBA’s western Pennsylvania office during three of the last four years.
