Bridgeway Capital was awarded with a $1 million grant from the CDFI Fund of the U.S. Treasury.

Announced last week as one of only 66 awards across the country, Bridgeway Capital will use the funds to increase its lending to growing small businesses, which will build wealth and expand employment opportunities for low-income residents of western Pennsylvania.

To date, Bridgeway Capital has received $5,763,400 in grant funds from the CDFI Fund, which has leveraged more than $40 million.
