Bridgeway Capital recently hired two new employees to support the growing capacity of its loan programs and strategic initiatives. Carla Steele has joined as a Credit Analyst; and Tania Bikerman is the Business Education Coordinator.

Ms. Steele brings 19 years of experience to her position, and was most recently a Commercial Loan Specialist for a Pittsburgh-area bank. The second credit analyst to join the team, Ms. Steele is responsible for both financial and credit analysis. Ms. Bikerman owned and managed a successful small business prior to her position at Bridgeway Capital. Her extensive training and consulting experience helps provide one-on-one consulting, business assessments and education opportunities to Bridgeway Capital’s small business borrowers.

These new positions directly relate to Bridgeway Capital’s strategic initiatives, which include increasing financing to inject $84 million in new capital into the region; and further educating entrepreneurs to stimulate financial success and economic growth.
