CL Fund recently elected two new Board members.

 

Elected to the CL Fund Board were Stanley Maharam, Senior Vice President, Citizens Bank; and Robert Moorehead, Executive Vice President, Middle Market Banking, National City Bank.

 

Mr. Maharam manages a team at Citizens Bank responsible for providing a full range of banking services to commercial customers, health care and other nonprofits. He has a BA with Honors from Oberlin College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Moorehead has more than 33 years of banking industry experience and his group at National City encompasses a portfolio of 600 clients. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duquesne University and an MBA from Robert Morris College.
