CL Fund recently honored the hard work and dedication of Jennifer Hergenroeder Lunden with the 2007 Impact Award during CL Fund’s annual meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 4, at the Sheraton Station Square.

An attorney with Hergenroeder Rega & Sommer, Ms. Lunden goes above and beyond the typical responsibilities of her job to serve our borrowers and promote economic impact. She spends a lot of time with the borrowers, following up on each bit of paperwork needed to close 504 loans.

Aptly named for the potential economic impact of 504 lending throughout western Pennsylvania, CL Fund’s Impact Award recognizes dedication to economic development lending through 504 loans – the Small Business Administration’s economic development program – are used by businesses for real estate or equipment acquisition and improvements.
