Steve McCarron brings 8 years of experience in commercial lending and management consulting to Bridgeway Capital.  Steve most recently worked in commercial lending for First Commonwealth Bank, where he increased the branch’s loan growth by nearly $5 million in his most recent year.  Prior to that position, he was a management consultant with the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence in Washington County.  Steve is responsible for lending money to small businesses across Allegheny and Washington counties utilizing the various Bridgeway Capital loan programs.
