Mr. Peterson founded and leads Bridgeway Capital, which manages more than $50 million focused on the growth of western Pa.  In 2006, the organization completed over $10 million in loans to increase employment and expand economic opportunity.  Mr. Peterson has more than 30 years of experience in managing nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh.  He established Bridgeway Capital in 1990 and has a BA in Sociology from Wittenberg University.
