Retired administrator, Pittsburgh Public Schools

Dr. Clark served in the Pittsburgh Public Schools for 30 years, during which time he founded thehigh school for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA). He has been a consultant for schools across the country and has helped initiate new school programs in Virginia, Kansas, Michigan, Alabama and Colorado. Dr. Clark received his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
